Three College Park Cavaliers earned spots on the Touchdown Club of Houston's 2026 preseason All-Greater Houston football team, tying the program with Atascocita and Shadow Creek for the most selections among 24 represented schools.

Quarterback Camden Hughes, wide receiver Julian Cromartie and kicker Beckett Coke were recognized at the organization's annual Touchdowner of the Year dinner at the Bayou City Event Center on Wednesday, Aug. 19. The 33-player team features 16 offensive selections, 15 defensive picks and two special teams honorees, according to the Houston Chronicle.

The honors cap a breakout 2025 season in which College Park captured its first-ever undefeated district title and advanced to the Class 6A Division II regional final.

Hughes, a senior and three-star Cincinnati commit, threw for 2,648 yards with 36 touchdowns against just four interceptions last season, completing 69.5% of his passes. He earned District 13-6A Offensive Player of the Year in 2025 as a junior and has surpassed 5,000 career passing yards and 63 touchdowns over two varsity seasons.

Cromartie, a 6-foot-4, 205-pound Clemson commit, caught 42 passes for 824 yards and 13 touchdowns in his first year at College Park after transferring from Mater Dei High School in California. The son of former NFL cornerback Antonio Cromartie, he outlined his goals at the dinner.

"Two thousand yards and 20 touchdowns, so that's my goal for this year," Cromartie told ABC13.

Coke rounds out the trio. He is one of just two special teams selections on the preseason squad, alongside Grand Oaks kicker Kaden Rosado.

The Cavaliers open the 2026 season under new head coach Michael Buro, who came to College Park after serving as offensive coordinator at San Antonio Johnson. College Park travels to Iowa Colony on Friday, Aug. 28, then hosts Cy-Fair on Friday, Sept. 4 and C.E. King on Friday, Sept. 11 before District 13-6A play begins Sept. 25 against Willis.
