Artists looking to sell their work at one of The Woodlands' busiest shopping destinations have less than a month to apply.
Market Street is accepting applications for its 2026 Fall Fine Arts Show, a free public event set for Saturday, Oct. 17, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 9595 Six Pines Drive. The deadline to apply is Monday, Aug. 31, and accepted artists will be notified around mid-September, according to Woodlands Online.
The show is open to amateur and professional artists working in paintings, photography, jewelry, metal works, sculptures, digital art and mixed media. Booth space starts at $150 for a 10-by-10-foot tented spot, with a larger 10-by-20-foot option at $275. Electricity is available on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $50. Tables and chairs carry a separate rental fee.
Payment must accompany the completed application. Artists can download forms at shopatmarketstreet.com/events/fall-fine-arts-show or call the Market Street Concierge Desk at 281-419-4774. Completed applications can be dropped off at the Concierge Desk or mailed to John Pearson, Market Street – Art Show, 9595 Six Pines Drive, Suite 6290, The Woodlands, TX 77380.
The show is described in Market Street's announcement as "one of the most popular gatherings for artists in The Woodlands." Visitors can browse and buy artwork, watch artist demonstrations and enjoy live music throughout the day.
Market Street General Manager Noemi Gonzalez called the property "a longtime supporter of the local arts community" in a March 2024 announcement for the Young Makers Market, a separate student-focused event also held at the Six Pines Drive center.
Chain Store Age ranked Market Street No. 8 on its 2026 Top 10 Retail Center Experiences list. Trademark CEO Terry Montesi described the center as "the Central Park and heart-and-soul for the entire community" in that 2026 profile.
If rain cancels the Oct. 17 date, the show moves to Saturday, Oct. 24.
